Returns

This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Greek version prevails.

We want you to be happy with every purchase. The return terms differ depending on whether you bought as an individual (with a receipt) or as a business (with an invoice).

A. For individuals (purchases with a receipt)

Right of withdrawal – 14 days

You can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day you received the products.

How: fill in the withdrawal / return request or send us any clear statement at info@mrtoner.gr. You'll receive a confirmation by email.
Sending the products back: send the products to 12 Raktivan Square, Veria 59132, Greece, no later than 14 days after your withdrawal statement. The cost of returning them is borne by you.
Condition of the products: you may open the packaging to inspect the product, as you would in a physical store. However, if the product has been used or damaged beyond what is needed to inspect it (e.g. it has been installed in the machine), any reduction in its value may be deducted from the refund.
Refund: we refund the amount you paid, including the original shipping cost (based on the cheapest standard shipping method), within 14 days of your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or you have provided proof that you have sent them.
Exceptions: products made or adapted specifically to your own specifications.

Faulty products – 2-year legal guarantee

For every product you buy from us, original or compatible, we as the seller are responsible for defects that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within 2 years. If a product is faulty:

we will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced at no cost to you, including shipping, and if that isn't possible, for a price reduction or a refund
for original (OEM) products you may, if you prefer, also contact the manufacturer directly under its commercial warranty

The guarantee does not cover the normal use of consumables (e.g. toner or ink that has run out), or damage caused by misuse or by installation in an incompatible machine.

B. For businesses (purchases with an invoice)

The right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee in section A apply to consumers. For purchases with an invoice, the following apply:

Returning a non-faulty product: within 14 days of the invoice date, only if the product is in its original factory packaging, with no signs of tampering or use, and in resaleable condition. The cost of returning it is borne by the customer. Special-order products cannot be returned. The credit is issued within 15 days of receiving and inspecting the product.
Faulty compatible products: can be returned within 60 days of the invoice date, for replacement or credit.
Faulty original (OEM) products: are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If the product is covered by the manufacturer's DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy and its conditions are met, return it to us in its original packaging together with the invoice. Once the manufacturer confirms the fault, we replace it or, if it's no longer available, issue a credit.
Repair under factory warranty: you can send the product to our premises for technical inspection and repair.
For faulty products, shipping costs are borne by the customer unless covered by the manufacturer.

Wrong product or incorrect order

If you receive a different product from the one you ordered, we'll send you the correct one as soon as possible or, if it isn't available, refund the amount you paid. In this case we cover all shipping costs. This applies to both individuals and businesses.

Before any return

For faster service, please contact us before sending a product back, on 231 231 5177 or at info@mrtoner.gr, with your order number. Pack the products carefully, with all their accessories, so they aren't damaged in transit.
