Mrtoner.gr is an online store selling office equipment consumables and spare parts over the internet. The online store operates at Mrtoner.gr under the terms and conditions set out below. Use of the online store requires unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions below. If a user disagrees with some or all of the terms of use of the online store, they must refrain from using it; otherwise they declare that they have unconditionally accepted all its terms and conditions of operation.

Terms and changes

Mrtoner.gr reserves the right to unilaterally amend or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. Any such change will be announced on this page of the online store. Mrtoner.gr also reserves the right to change the content of the website (for example price, availability, photos, description, etc.) without prior notice.

Information and products provided

Mrtoner.gr is committed to the quality, completeness and validity of the information presented on its pages, subject to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally, or interruptions to the website's operation due to force majeure. At the same time, Mrtoner.gr reserves the right to change the content of the website (for example price, availability, photos, description, etc.) at any time without prior notice, with such changes taking effect from the moment they are made and immediately published online.

Warranty

Returnable within 14 days of the invoice/receipt date – only if the original packaging has not been opened:

• OEM ink cartridge
• OEM toner cartridge
• OEM drum unit
• All other OEM consumables & spare parts in our catalogue
• Compatible or remanufactured ink cartridge
• Compatible or remanufactured toner cartridge
• Compatible or remanufactured drum unit
• All other compatible consumables & spare parts in our catalogue

If an OEM (original) product is found to be faulty, the warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer.

Returnable within 60 days of the invoice/receipt date, if faulty:

• Faulty compatible or remanufactured ink cartridge
• Faulty compatible or remanufactured toner cartridge
• Faulty compatible or remanufactured drum unit
• All other compatible consumables & spare parts in our catalogue

All returns must be reported in writing by email to info@mrtoner.gr and be accompanied by the relevant photos. All returns, whether faulty or not, must be sent back in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories. Non-faulty products must be returned in 100% resaleable condition.

User responsibility

Users of the online store Mrtoner.gr declare and accept that they will not use it or its content in any unlawful, immoral, offensive or malicious way. They also declare that the information they provide while using the online store and its content is completely accurate and correct. Finally, they declare that they accept full responsibility for any use of the online store and of their account by persons they have not authorised, as well as for compensating Mrtoner.gr and/or any of its partners for any damage caused by such use.

Limitation of liability

Mrtoner.gr is not liable for any errors in prices, specifications or photos, and reserves the right to change prices without notice. It is also not liable to users/customers for any damage that may arise from the fulfilment or non-fulfilment of their order. Nor does it bear any liability for direct or indirect, actual or consequential damage (including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information and data, loss of customers, etc.) arising in connection with the operation and/or use of the online store.

Users/customers are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting the products and services offered on the website, and Mrtoner.gr bears no liability regarding the correctness of users' choices or any incompatibilities between the products, software and services it provides. Goods are transported on behalf of and at the risk of the customer, where applicable. Mrtoner.gr is not liable for defects or poor quality of third-party manufacturers' products that it supplies to its customers, as the goods are received from its suppliers and/or manufacturers packed in sealed boxes.

If a product is faulty or problematic, please contact a Mrtoner.gr representative and you will be served promptly, either by having the product replaced or by getting your money back (see Returns).

Finally, Mrtoner.gr does not guarantee the availability of products as stated in the online store, but undertakes to inform users if the availability of an ordered product differs from that shown on the website.

Availability

If the products you ordered are not available, you will be informed by email or phone of the exact delivery time. If you agree to the new delivery time, you must let us know by email that you are aware of it and want your order to remain active. If the new terms of fulfilment are not acceptable to you, your order will be cancelled.

Force majeure

If, due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes, etc.), we are unable to deliver the products or services within the agreed time, we will inform you so that you can tell us whether you still want your order to be completed under these circumstances.

Order cancellation

An order can be cancelled in the following cases:

1. Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process, you can remove products from your cart by clicking delete and then update. You can also change the quantity of the products you have selected to zero.
2. If the online order has been completed but has not yet been shipped to you, you can call 231 231 5177 and one of our staff will cancel your order.
3. After receiving the product, call us on 231 231 5177 or email us at info@mrtoner.gr, explaining why you want to cancel the order, and one of our staff will cancel your order.
4. If your order has already been invoiced and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

The prices shown include VAT (24%).

Personal data

Mrtoner.gr is committed to protecting the personal data of its website users and customers, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019. Your personal details are requested, recorded and used only to serve you through the company's online store. Your personal details will under no circumstances be passed to other companies or bodies without your permission, and under data protection law you can access them whenever you wish. Finally, Mrtoner.gr allows any user who no longer wishes to use the website and its services to request deletion from its records. In that case, the user's personal details and data are deleted and no longer used.
