You don't need a card. You can pay by:

• cash on delivery (€2.30 surcharge), for orders under €500
• credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or Maestro) through Piraeus Bank, with no surcharge
• bank deposit to our account at National Bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank or Eurobank
• cash or card at our store in Veria

Of course. At checkout you choose "Receipt" or "Invoice", and the document is sent with your order. For an invoice we need your company name, business activity, VAT number and tax office.

Yes. Sign up to our newsletter from the homepage and you'll receive a €2 discount voucher for orders of €30 or more, valid for 30 days. Enter the voucher code at checkout.

Orders placed by 16:00, Monday to Friday, ship the same day if all products are in stock. You can choose:

• ACS, Speedex or ELTA Courier, delivered to your address
• pickup from an ACS, Speedex or ELTA store
• BOX NOW Lockers
• pickup from our store in Veria

Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days on the mainland and 2-3 to the islands. Large or bulky items are sent by freight company, with payment by bank deposit in advance. See all shipping methods.

• Courier: €4.00 up to 4 kg, plus €0.80 for each extra kilo
• BOX NOW Lockers: €4.00, for orders up to 10 kg and €100 in value
• Pickup from our store: free

The exact cost is calculated automatically in your cart, based on the order's weight. All prices include VAT.

We ship to Cyprus with ACS Economy, departing every Wednesday and arriving in about 7 days. For other European Union countries, email us at info@mrtoner.gr and we'll let you know the shipping cost.

Contact us as soon as possible on 231 231 5177 or at info@mrtoner.gr. Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they reach the "Preparing for shipment" stage, since at that point they are packed and handed to the courier.

Yes, counting from the date of your receipt or invoice:

• within 14 days, if the original packaging is unopened
• within 60 days, if a compatible product is faulty

Faulty original (OEM) products are covered directly by the manufacturer's warranty. To start a return, fill in the withdrawal / return request with your order number and email, or email us at info@mrtoner.gr with photos of the product. See our full returns policy.

Original (OEM) supplies are made by the machine's manufacturer, e.g. HP, Canon or Kyocera. Compatible supplies are made by third-party manufacturers to work in the same machines, at a lower price. If you're not sure which to choose, contact us and we'll help.

You can still order it: we source it and ship it to you within 30 days. Contact us for the exact delivery time. If you'd rather wait, click "Notify me when back in stock" on the product page and we'll email you as soon as it's available.

Every product page has an "Ask for a better price" link. Fill in your details and where you found it cheaper, and we'll get back to you. The competitor's price must be for a product that is in stock and ready to ship.
